Contact Details

I live my personal experience of mental illness and psycho-social disability, having attained a degree in medical sciences and a certificate in the principles and practices of peer advocacy in mental health. I am active in Ireland with strong opinions on service improvement and like to participate in focus groups, connecting with people like myself who rely on continuous service improvement, human rights protections, and appropriate education based on facts and evidence. I intend to use this profile to upload resources and open dialogue with other stakeholders of what Global Mental Health means and how the organisation develops. I enjoy being involved as the issues affect me directly, and occur at the intersection of health and politics - which make for interesting discussions and challenges that can be approached many ways to keep myself well, listen to others, and share my experience.
